Empowering Minds, Transforming Lives

Step Up-Working for Tomorrow (SWT) is a non-governmental organization licensed under the Company Act of 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Established in March 2017 under the Trust Act of 1882, SWT is committed to serving the community. Our team consists of professionals from various fields, with a core team comprising highly trained individuals from the field of education. Step Up aims to bring about positive change in society through education, empowerment, and capacity building.

One of our key focus areas is training professionals to enhance their skills and capacities. We believe in the importance of continuous learning and development, and we provide tailored training programs to individuals and organizations. These programs aim to equip participants with the necessary knowledge, tools, and techniques to excel in their respective fields. By investing in capacity building, Step Up strives to contribute to the growth and development of professionals and ultimately enhance the overall socio-economic landscape.

In addition to our capacity-building initiatives, Step Up has successfully completed various projects and continues to work towards bringing excellence to society. Through our dedication and commitment, we aspire to create a positive and sustainable impact on the community we serve.4

We have organized training programs and capacity-building initiatives, focusing primarily on non-mainstream sectors of society. Our workshops have been specifically designed to cater to the needs of nonmainstream sectors.

Sir Syed Public School & Colleges, Tipu Road, Rawalpindi (October 2017)

As part of our collaboration, Step Up conducted a one-week teacher training program for nearly 100 secondary and college teachers in October 2017.

apna Jehan Trust Model School

In November 2017, Step Up organized a three-day teacher’s training program for 35 primary and secondary teachers at the school.

Pak Turk School System
 

On December 18th, 2017, Step Up conducted a training program at the Pak Turk School System, Chak Shehzad Campus in Islamabad.

Al Imtiaz Academy
 

In February 2018, Step Up collaborated with Al-Imtiaz Academy Girls School College in Abbottabad for a two-day teacher’s training program.

F.G School & College (Piffers College,)

In December 2017, Step Up trained 60 English teachers from 12 federal government colleges in KPK province, under the Ministry of Defence.

Apex College Chakwal
 

Step Up organized a workshop at Apex College Chakwal to enhance critical thinking, communication, and career counseling skills of 100 female students.

Child Abuse Awareness in Rawalpindi vicinity

Child abuse awareness project for underprivileged school children near Adiala Road, Rawalpindi. Sessions and videos on good/bad touch were conducted.

In August 2019, Step Up organized a two-day workshop at Government College in Oghi, KPK to enhance critical thinking and learning skills of undergraduate students.
