In February 2018, Step Up collaborated with Al-Imtiaz Academy Girls School College, a reputable private school in Abbottabad, to conduct a two-day teacher’s training program for 25 primary and secondary English teachers. The program aimed to enhance the teaching skills of the teachers and equip them with the latest teaching techniques and methodologies.

The training was facilitated by our project coordinator, Mr. Imran Khalid, and our trainers, Mr. Mohammad Usman and Mr. Imran Khalid (a CELTA certified trainer). The program covered a range of topics, including language teaching strategies, classroom management, and the use of technology in teaching.

The training sessions were facilitated by the RELO office of the US Consulate in Peshawar, which provided resource materials to the trainees. The program was well-received by the participants, who found it to be highly informative and useful in their professional development.
