In November 2017, Step Up organized a three-day teacher’s training program for 35 primary and secondary teachers at the school. The program aimed to enhance the teaching skills of the teachers and to equip them with the tools and techniques necessary to create a dynamic learning environment for their students.
The project coordinators for the program were Ms. Sadia Nawaz, while the trainers were Ms. Sadia Nawaz, Mr. Imran Khalid, and Mr. Mohammad Usman. The training covered multiple subjects and was designed to provide the teachers with practical strategies to improve their teaching abilities.
