The Step Up organization conducted a capacity building workshop at Apex College Chakwal in April 2021. The workshop aimed to enhance the critical thinking, communication, and career counseling skills of 100 female students. Through activity-based sessions, the participants gained practical knowledge and learned new skills for professional growth.

The program was coordinated by Mr. Ahmad Bilal, and the trainers included Ms. Faraiba Ahmad from Iqra University, Mr. Muhammad Uways from the British Council, and Mr. Ahmad Bilal from Step Up. The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for the students to develop their personal and professional skills and prepare for successful careers.
