Established in March 2017 under the Trust Act of 1882, SWT is committed to serving the community. Our team consists of professionals from various fields, with a core team comprising highly trained individuals from the field of education. Step Up aims to bring about positive change in society through education, empowerment, and capacity building.<\/p>\n<p>One of our key focus areas is training professionals to enhance their skills and capacities. We believe in the importance of continuous learning and development, and we provide tailored training programs to individuals and organizations. These programs aim to equip participants with the necessary knowledge, tools, and techniques to excel in their respective fields. By investing in capacity building, Step Up strives to contribute to the growth and development of professionals and ultimately enhance the overall socio-economic landscape.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to our capacity-building initiatives, Step Up has successfully completed various projects and continues to work towards bringing excellence to society.
